How to Train a bot.

Create Training

1. Navigate to the training page and select a bot from the dropdown menu.

2. Click the "Begin Training" button.

3. Type or paste your training information into the rich text editor.

4. Select a category for the training information from the dropdown menu.

5. Submit by clicking the "Train" button.

6. The text is then processed to generate prompts that relate to the training data.

Edit Training

1. To edit the training data once it has been processed, select the green "pen" icon next to the relevant training entry and select Edit

2. Here you can modify the training text or intent questions as required.

3. To save changes click "Update".

Using Images

Images can be added into the training data using the rich text editor. As Adapt is in beta we are still experimenting with this feature and how it works best. Currently, images will only be used in responses if you are using one of the GPT 4 models, GPT 3 will not work as it can only follow limited system instructions. Image will also not work with the API as they are instructed to be returned using BB code.

Delete Training

1. To delete a training entry, select the green "pen" icon next to the relevant training entry and select Delete

2. Select Remove to confirm the deletion (this can't be recovered)
