Creating a Bot

How to Create a bot using Adapt

1. Log into Adapt and head to the dashboard

2. Select "Create a Bot" from the dashboard

3. Add the following fields:

   1. Company Name: The name of the Company the bot will be apart of (i.e. The Coffee Company)

   2. Bot Name: This will be the name that the bot identifies itself with (i.e Coffee Bot)

   3. Bot Description: Use this field to provide a basic summary of what the bot is designed to do, you can also add some basic info about the company or service. Feel free to get creative here!

   4. Opening Message: This is a static welcome message that will be presented for each conversation on the "chats" page. This will not be used with the chats API.

   5. Mood: Select the type of mood/personality that you would like the bot to respond with.

   6. Type: Select what type of function you would like the bot to specialize in.

   7. Model: Select the GPT model that you would like your bot to use, please not that GPT 4 uses approximately 30x more tokens that GPT 3.5 Turbo. Only use GPT 4 if required to perform the duty.

   8. Click Save and Train.
